Lawn Maintenance
Mowing, weeding, trimming, and removing debris to maintain a neat and presentable exterior
Repairs & Damages
Basic repairs to include window and doors, flooring, drywall.
Securing & Winterization
Lock changes and rekeying, window and door boarding. Winterization of plumbing and HVAC system.

As we grow, we are seeking to connect with independent contractors in the property preservation field.

We are seeking individuals experienced in general maintenance, to include hanging locksets, boarding up or repairing broken window panes, performing winterizations, removing debris, cleaning entire properties (maid services), grass cutting & other miscellaneous lawn maintenance.
As well as individuals experienced in repairs to include but not limited to roof repairs or replacement, total rehabs, repairs to correct damages such as theft damage, water damage, vandalism damage, disaster damages, etc.
